Katya Stelmakh is a seasoned immigration attorney with over 16 years of experience, leading her firm, Stelmakh & Associates, to a 99% approval rate in helping professionals, entrepreneurs, and startup founders achieve their American dreams. Originally from Belarus, Katya’s immigrant journey fuels her commitment to her clients. She moved to the U.S. at 19 on a government scholarship, later earning her J.D. from Ohio State University.
Before founding Stelmakh & Associates in 2008, Katya managed business immigration at an international firm with offices in Philadelphia, Moscow, and Kyiv. There, she advised major corporations on international personnel relocation and legal disputes. Katya’s firm specializes in crafting tailored immigration strategies while offering relocation support, including connections to experts in taxation and other essential services.
