Erin Elliott
Erin Elliott is the founder of Elliott Immigration Law LLC, specializing exclusively in immigration law for over 15 years. She assists individuals and companies with obtaining various visas, including work visas, as well as permanent immigration through family and employers.
Erin’s legal journey began at Agnes Scott College, followed by Loyola Law School in New Orleans. After graduating, she worked at a national firm specializing in business law, advising clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups.
Also during this time, Erin met her Turkish husband and was personally exposed to the green card and naturalization process. Based on her experiences, Erin opened her own law practice in 2011 to assist businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in navigating the, often intimidating, U.S. immigration legal system. Erin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and active volunteer for KIND, Kids in Need of Defense.
